RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Limited Returns for Damaged Items Only
At Arunique Fashions, we take great care in inspecting and packaging every saree before dispatch to ensure you receive a premium quality product. Please note that our sarees are the work of skilled artisans and real craftsmanship, and natural irregularities in weave, texture, and colour are an inherent characteristic of authentic handcrafted fabric — these are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or any reason other than physical damage to the product.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:
- The item received has visible damage
- The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- A single, continuous, unedited unboxing video is provided as proof, showing the sealed package being opened with the original invoice visible
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at aruna@aruniquefashions.com with:
- Your order number
- The unboxing video as described above
- Clear photos of the damage
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds.
Shipping Costs
🙏 As a token of our gratitude, Arunique Fashions offers FREE shipping on all orders across India — this cost is entirely borne by us as our gift to you.
In the event of a return, since shipping was already provided free of charge, return shipping costs must be borne entirely by the customer. We are unable to reimburse or cover return shipping under any circumstances.
